Public Housing - Family Scattered Sites

This program provides housing to income qualified families. The apartments are contained in the homes held by the WHA and are scattered throughout the town of Westerly. The family pays a portion of the rent and utilities based on a percentage of their income.

Applications are only available when funding and availability permit. Westerly residents are given preference within the various income categories. The Westerly Housing Authority has 13 units available in this program. There is a waiting list for this program.
